By accessing strivnex.com or engaging StrivNex Flow for any service — website development, app development, ecommerce, landing pages, SEO, or analytics — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you are entering into these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Before we begin any paid project, we will provide you with a project proposal or statement of work outlining:

Work that falls outside the agreed scope is subject to a separate quote. We will always communicate additional costs before proceeding.

Our standard payment structure for projects is:

For larger projects (₹50,000+), milestone-based payment schedules may be agreed in the project proposal.

Overdue payments: Invoices are due within 7 days of issue. Accounts overdue by more than 14 days may result in work being paused until payment is received. Accounts overdue by more than 30 days may incur a late fee of 2% per month on the outstanding balance.

Refund policy: Advance payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they compensate for time and resources allocated. If we fail to deliver the agreed scope within a reasonable timeframe (and are at fault), we will offer a partial refund proportional to work not completed.

Full ownership of your deliverables transfers to you upon receipt of final payment. Until that point, all work-in-progress remains property of StrivNex Flow.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in your project proposal (typically 2–3 rounds for design, 1–2 for development).

A "revision" means adjustments within the agreed scope — changes to colours, text, layout within the existing structure. A revision is not a change in direction, a new feature, or a change to the approved scope.

Once you have given written approval on a design or deliverable stage, that stage is considered complete. Any subsequent changes to an approved stage will be scoped and billed separately.

Some of our services involve setting up third-party platforms on your behalf (Google Analytics, Razorpay, domain registrars, hosting providers, app stores, etc.). We are not responsible for:

Both parties may share confidential business information during a project. We agree to keep your business information confidential and not to disclose it to third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

This does not prevent us from using your project as a portfolio case study (website screenshots, high-level description of work done) unless you specifically request otherwise in writing before project commencement.

StrivNex Flow's total liability in connection with any project or claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific project to which the claim relates.

We are not liable for:

By you: You may cancel a project at any time by notifying us in writing. Advance payments already made are non-refundable as they compensate for work and resources already committed. We will invoice for any work completed beyond what the advance covers, and deliver all completed work to you.

By us: We reserve the right to terminate a project if you breach these terms (including non-payment), or if you request work that violates applicable laws or our ethical standards. In such cases, we will refund any fees paid for work not yet started.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients by email. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when the terms were last revised.

Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
